it's the precise planning that counts

I've to admit - twalfe mei two thousand and eight, was probably one of the highlights of the year.

I was ecstatic.Happy.Overwhemed by the fact that my crowd, my wonderful friends (aku bukan sucking-up ni ah) buat surprised buttday partay untuk si Mei Ping (aku wah) on the day itself. My day. They've been planning this whole thing weeks ago, probably 3 weeks ago, and i'm touched by that.

Precise planning has finally paid off, baby.

And i'm soo-ohh-hoo damn touched. I err...kinda...err...cried a bit. Just a bit. I didnt expect it coming bah, macam aku, "what zee puck?! apa ni? what's up with the cake and all?" hahah. A small volume of tears came out of the tear duck and i was like, "ehh dari mana datangnya nangis ani? siapa buka tear-tap ahh? tutup balik eh." And so the tear stopped instantly (macam in a story book bunyinya) Tapi inda plang aku nangis macam those of in the korean movies (yang emotional brabis atu), but yeah i kinda err...cried.

And i would like to say my greatest gratitude to these people down there, because THEY made it happened, THEY made my day, THEY are my rockers. It meant a lot to me. According to alphabetical order:

i love you Ainul/Onol
i love you Azim/Ozom
i love you Fadhil/Fadhol
i love you Hanis/Honis
i love you Lingy/Lingoy

i love you Lisea/Odi
i love you Michelle/Moch
i love you Mizah/Mizoh
i love you Qibah/Kiboh
and i love you Sue/So

Did i leave anyone? I mean urang yang played a vital role bah...hmm...if so, then forgive me. Ainul couldnt make it, but i was told she's part of the picture.

And thank you to my friends yang stayback until 4.30 (or earlier heheh). Im so sorry i cant type you lot punya names ah, terlampau banyak bah, but anyhow, i really appreciate it guys, thank you for being there. I really mean it.

Thank you so much.

I had a superduperdamnblastday. And i thank you for that.

And obviously you guys made a lotta efforts in making twalfe mei a 'fantabulous' day, i read the 'paper plan' (yang the planning points they wrote down on a piece of paper, pasal the things that needed to be done on the 12th, and they slipped in the detailed paper along with the buttday card) and i think it's totally cute and honest and it symbolizes friendship (apakan aku ah), the way the plan the whole thing and im not showing off ahh, im just sodamnproud bah.

It's precise.

And they called it as, "Operation Cocok Sanggul"

And why's that? Your brain's asking. Because kan, durang suka cucuk aku on the ribs, and everytime durang cucuk, aku bagi this weird reaction, macam lumpat ke atas (of course lah ke atas, inda kan ke bawah, duhhh) and aku usually tekajut, yatah they're fond of seeing my ridiculous reaction, malu ku eh. They know my weakest link - my ribs and kidneys (because ada one time si Qibs poked my kidney hahah)

The 'Sanggul' part aku nada tau, i think it's because they dont want it to make it obvious when i'm around (before the twalfe mei) hahah.

And yes, O.C.S was a success.

Down there are a couple of pics taken, ada lagi arah Ziminzzz tu, i'll post them some other day yeah? And credits to him, because he took most of the photos. And sorry to you guys yang nada in the photos ahh.

A group hug, yaw!

And down there is the cake 'the family' bought for me. From Bakerlyn. Cheesecake. It's square. And got lotsa toppings: strawberry, mango, kiwi, dragon fruit and some other fruits aku nada tau namanya hahah *bertitikan aing liur ku, eee mihir* And by the way, aku bukan show-off ni, i'm just telling a story.

Actually, i wanted the wordings to be, "Happy Birthday to My Bitch" wah, tapi kan my sis ani malu wah, because she was the one who picked up the cake and she claimed she doesnt want to be humiliated hahah.

The cake was still intact, alum kana makan.

Then tinggal separuh.

And then tinggal 2 pieces. Woohh!

And in all, I had a great/blast/fun/marvellous/brilliant/super exciting/joyful/memorable day. And THEY made it happened. You made it happened. Eseh.

And i'm 19. One year to go till i reached rock-bottom 20.

Out.

the one you knew from your love, i grew into complete and whole

I'm supposed to be to doing Ravoof's chem work, but what the heck, 30 minutes of blogging doesnt hurt that much.

Speaking of chemistry, i dedicated my whole Sundays doing chem yaw. Im not bragging here, but it's the actual fact. It cuts off my so-called-exciting life. Morning - buat homework nya (dont we all just fancy doing last minute work?) and then in the afternoon - 3 straight hours a date with Ravoof.

What a life.

Si Izyan asked me to go online this weekend. So i'm assuming it's today, because Saturdays & Sundays are weekends right? *Being Jessica Simpson for a while*

You better have hot stories to share, homie =)

I'm overly-patiently waiting for Coldplay's new album. I've listened their latest single. Not bad.

Darn it. Baru ku ingat. I've to make a speech sometime next week. That is if Ckg Harisah ingat that it's my turn this time round, because it's supposed to be. But then i'll be more than...err...happy if ia lupa, which is impossible plang. I havent prepared any. I've no idea what i'm gonna blabber about. Na pa, maybe if aku angan-angan more masa doing my business in the toilet, then ada kali a topic pops out of nowhere.

Banar. I think the only time when my brain is actually working at its best, is when i'm doing my own thing in the bathroom. Masa showering, err...and yeah.

I wonder why's that.

Aku kan jadi emo sekajap ahh, so i posts this wonderful song by Joshua Radin's The One You Knew. So-help-me-God, i fancy this song soo-ohh-hoo-much. I fancy Joshua Radin's masterpiece.

drive me to your destination

Nowadays, we (banyak urang bah, ngalih ku kan type all of their names) always go out after afternoon classes. It's fun, yaw! Fadhil & Michelle slalunya jadi driver kami. And since aku balum driving, eventhough i already reached rock-bottom 18th, aku jadi a 'free-rider' most of the time.

I like to be driven.

Our sole pupose: kan mengisi parut with makanan luar, instead of canteen food. Canteen food is err…hmm…yeah. That’s why we opted for outside food.

Down there are photos taken in Mich’s car and the restaurant, 5th May.

Fadhil makan peanuts. Three guys intense watching football, Liverpool vs. Manchester City, a replay.

Ada lada butul lahh!

Tu nah, the football match in the background. Fernando Torres!

Eseh man.

Bahri duduk arah the left passenger seat. Michelle is behind the wheel.

Funny smiles. Si Bahri tu nada mau ambil the picture, yatah i have to lean forward to take the shot. Hahah.

the day where we all got 4.37 shades darker

On the same day as the Sports Day, the people in the pictures below (malas ku list out their names bah) went out to play squash. Tapi kami crash arah ICC dulu, before playing, because disana ada 'Food Consumer's Fair'. Meaning free food, baby! I mean, food samples lah. And i've to tell you this, baru tah aku pernah makan sample food yo! And it was fun! Macam nyaman hahah.

Then we sent off Kahar to the driving-license place. Fadhil drove us, dude.He aint such a bad driver afterall. I'm still alive.

We didnt play squash right after that, because urang STPRI memakai all the courts and werent available till 4 pm. Damn. Yatah kami opted to play street-soccer outside the squash place, ada tempat lapang ah, instead. Panas lagi tu. Michelle and I pun ikut-ikutan main bula. It was my first real football match. Usually, in the last 2 years (but now nada lagi), i play with my bro wah. Yatah, ani macam aku "beru-beruan" (kebaru-baruan).

We formed 2 teams. Si Fadhil jadi the important striker, si Dao jadi the 'Rooney-wannabe' (heheh), aku nada ingat siapa jadi Adebayor, but aku kana labelled as Paul Scholes. Woohoo! And and at one time when aku menandang bula, the ball tekana Hanis. I think terkana his err. Yeah. I know what i saw, and kinda hit his err. Yeah. But katanya the ball kana parutnya, but i think otherwise hahah. Sorry Hanis ahh.

Bukan saja Hanis jadi the victim, Bahri, Adeq and Izuddin pun kana uleh ku. The ball kana Bahri's leg when I attempted to kick it, ia jua mem-block aku bah. Padas plang tu. And then i got wrong footing, so the ball kana Izuddin (ia jua duduk bersila arah lantai near the goal post), then after that kana lagi si Adeq arah his right shoulder, and damn atu sakit because i think i kicked the ball hard. Hahah.

Sorry buddies.

But in all, i had fun playing football with them.

In between the sessions, si Kahar datang after his driving lessons. Si Nyla and Mona and another guy came along. Durang the girls meliat saja. The more the merrier, baby!

And then after kengalehan, kami mengampai. Si Fadhil paning. Kami others ber-posing. Vain, yes we're well aware of that. Shortly afterwards, barutah kami main squash.

Played until 5. We used 2 courts. Intense training. But it was absolutely fun.

Down there are hand-picked photographs.

Aku makan Dreamcones "Blueberry Yoghurt". Yummy, i really need it after berlari bah. Nyaman rasanya arah oesophagus. Ani arah ICC, before heading out to the squash place, masa kami mengisi parut.

Hey what do you know? That's my running number. Coincidentally the last 3 digits coincides with my uhh. Yeah. That's why i like it. Cool faces, Azim & Michelle.

Kami main bula!

Inside the squash place. Ngalih dah sorang-sorang.

Si Kahar kesakitan, the edge was sharp.

Yeah that's right, ambil photos saja kraja kami ah.

I love this photo, thanks to Michelle because she took this.

for honour, for glory

Remember remember the 3rd of May. Damn, nada saiz. Aku tu kan ikut kan macam the phrase arah 'V' for Vendetta.

Anyways, 3rd May 2008 marked the day, where Laksamana, for the first time in ohh-so-many years, won the Sports Cup! I was told that Laksamana nada pernah manang for more than 12 years, or some say it's been more 20 years! Whack that, baby!

The Laksamanians were ecstatic. The supports from fellow compatriots were absolutely amazing. Team spirit, baby. Obviously, this year, team spirits werent something we lacked of. In addition to that, the athletes pun steady! Im not underestimating them ah. Frankly speaking, aku nada expect most of the Laksamanian athlete dapat either 2nd or 1st place, but heck, they did! Im not bragging here eh, but banar, aku tekajut durang dapat in the top 3. That's something to be proud of. Really. No kidding.

Thumbs up to you, fellow athletes. You deserve it.

Pasal the support thing lagi - the cheering and all were magnificent *liat thesaurus, looking other words for magnificient* ahh here we go, "marvellous". The Laksamanians berteriak like hell, supporting for their teammates, latuk-latuk wooden sticks, lumpat-lumpat when ada Laksamanian athlete kan sampai arah finishing line, bertakul-lan (hugging) sesama insan when ada Laksamanian athlete got 3rd, 2nd or 1st place, kami (being a Laksamanian me self) chant the house song every now and then, Zimin suka shout "Show them whose the best!" and we would show-off suara kami arah rumah yang lain saying in between these lines --> "We are the B-E-S-T among the-" yeah you know the drill.

Plus, kami sampat ber-posing for the frame every now and then. But darn it, im not in most of the frames, because aku the photographer.

Cikgu Raymie (correct spelling kah?Forgive me if salah) was awesome. Ia introduced us a new chant, in which i think most of the Laksamanians bangang. The words got jumbled up in our minds, macam "ehh? apakan? Lain tia words nya ni. Tadi lain ya, ani lain tia." But i like the last part of the new-chant, because we got to shout "heee!" with a long drag at the end, bunyi nya macam urang kan mampus. Hahah. But i like it. Plus, the actions to each wordings lagi macam arah the 'Gladiator' & '300' movie, more like a 'house-triotic' punya actions lah.

And my relay team got 2nd place in the 4x400 metre relay! Woohoo baby! Since i was the first runner kan, yatah aku macam kana bagi pressure to sprint like a cheetah. Hahah nada plang, i was exaggerating there. The crowd was bising, yatah aku nada dapat pay attention (alasan). The last 150 metres was excrutiating, i couldnt breathe properly, gasping for air. The people siring the track (espicially near the 1st lane, because aku in that lane) macam ngacau (yeah true). They were too close, yatah aku takut aku ter-trip. Eee if i'd the guts to tulak durang kebelakang masa atu wah, i would. Tapi aku malas hahah. And i think in the last 50 metres, my lower left leg aku terasa sakit. But heck, that always happen everytime aku run. So i guess it's normal. And I fell down immediately after i gave the batton to Ainul, at the finishing line. Damn, it was embarassing dude. They had to drag me out of the track. Aku macam urang kesian duduk under the tent, pigang-pigang kaki ku, and breathing in macam urang kepisan. When diff teacher that asked for my well-being, i practically didnt give them a decent answer. I kept on saying, "im okay, i'll be fine" something like that. It sounded rude. And im feel bad for that. But yeah, it wasnt a big deal anyway. Nothing to fuss about.

But in all, what a marvellous job done by my teammates Ainul, Bazilah and Khalilah. Excellent work, compatriots!

Since both Hulubalang's and Laksamana's supporters were situated at opposite ends of the track, we compete against each other. Everytime Hulubalang cheer, kami Laksamanians pun ikut-ikutan, or is it the other way round? But yeah, it was totally fun, the Laksamanians nyanyi Hulubalang punya chant and vice versa. Weird ehh? Yeah, but siuk yo.

At the very end of the event, all 4 houses duduk arah the field, as always. And we did the 'wave-hands' thing, which was ubber fun. Surprisingly, all of the 4 houses were great, we didnt 'boo' that much (hahah) to our enemies, unlike in any other years before. It was more like a friendly gesture. The aura was magnificient. The presence was felt.

And yeah, kami (Laksamanians) lumpat-lumpat macam urang baru kana inject steroids, when kana announced kami manang the Sports Cup. It was an ecstatic moment. Hahah.

We broke the 'deadlock', baby! And the 'curse' (hahah) was lifted in our final year. My batch's final year. How wonderful is that? Poifect. Couldnt be better.

No regrets.

I apologize if im rubbing these infos into your face. It wasnt a deliberate action.

could i use you for a while?

The Laksmanians had their final rehearsal couple of hours ago. And we had a blast. Though aku bukan in any of the field perfomance's team, but yeah, aku saja datang asi-asi, buat samak, to support my Laks. Good thing is, I was the DJ, tapi crap DJ nya ah, masa kan push the play button, nada mau play wah the song atu. Membari malu, DJ apa namanya...

But in all, I'm glad i'm a Laksmanian. True. No kidding. When I saw the dance performance tadi, I was, "wow man, that's what you called team spirit!" And even the march-pass (or is it march-past? haha) pun ada semangat. Woohoo baby!

I shall support me team tomorrow, for it is my uttermost duty as a loyal team member. Err...loyal? Not sure about that though. I didnt offer my energy in the first place, but im willing to offer tomorrow. And I feel guilty for that. ButI will make up to it and I will support my team. Abis ni esk suara ku, berteriak macam kana bubut ambuk, but never mind that, lemon and honey kan ada.

And and and I running for president esk. Ehh? I mean i'm running 4x400 relay esk. That's equivalent to one full round of the stadium. No wonder tadi after aku ran and sprint all the way, aku macam bakas kana cangak, out of air. And cubatah ada kuyuk kana lapas kan, and maybe barutah laju lari ku tu.

I need an initiation to make me run like the wind.

Speaking of running, I wore a T-shirt that says, "Run Like A Girl" tadi masa rehearsal. And durang macam sarcastic tadi arah aku, but i kinda like it! The tagur was sort of a slap in the face, which i really need it, because i need someone to yell somewhere between these lines --> "ehh kau ani slow berlari wah, cubatah laju sikit! Macam sissy kau ani!" But what'd you expect? Aku pakai the T-shirt kali ahh, i mean it says on the shirt itself.

Meanwhile, before heading back home, Mizah, Zimin & I bergambar arah the scoreboard. LOL. Sakai, yeah im well aware of that.
